Carl Bigras
Carl has been a Kite Aerial Photographer since 1989 and a kite builder since 1995. He flies his custom kites like his 2D hot-air balloon kite & basket, 12ft king of Rok-kaku to the more recent Beatles kite which was very popular with camera clubs at the 2013 Uiseong, Korea international kite festival. Carl’s custom kites are a good balance between kites for KAP and show kites.
