Tim Knight

Tim KnightTim, from Nanoose Bay, B.C. was introduced to modern day kite flying on a business trip to Charleston, South Carolina in 2003. He was on a beach on Folly Island, witnessed the dual line stunt kites and came home with one. Not long after, he graduated to 4 line kites when he was in Victoria, B.C. and saw the Iquad team flying at Clover Point. He continues to hone his craft, experimenting with tails, double dual line kites and large single lines on the beaches in Parksville, B.C. Now that he’s retired, he answers the call of the wind whenever he gets the chance.
