Réjean Bibeau

Réjean Bibeau lives in Lévis, Quebec, after thirty years working on young public shows at the Grand Théâtre de Québec and at the Théâtre de Sable at the construction of puppets, sets, and accessories, he devoted himself, now retired, to the creation of kites that he paints himself.
