Tim, from Nanoose Bay, B.C. is making his 3rd visit to Windscape. He has been flying kites for 15 years, starting out with dual line stunt kites and graduating to 4 line soon thereafter. He continues to hone his craft, experimenting with tails, double dual line kites and large single lines on the beaches in Parksville, B.C.
