The Legacy Community Kite Arch is a beautiful kite arch created by our festival coordinator, Keely Williams, in 2025. As a community-focused event, the kite arch contains the decorated kite skins of numerous community members, like children, board members, amateur kiters, and professional kite artists!Ā
