Windscape Kite Festival

June 18 & 19, 2022 · 10am to 5pm · Swift Current, SK

The Windscape and Long Day's Night teams have made the difficult decision to cancel our 2021 events.

We know large events like ours bring so many wonderful things to Saskatchewan. They strengthen the fabric of our communities, provide volunteer opportunities, and bring people from all cultures and backgrounds together.
We are ready to bring the SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival and Long Day's Night Music Festival back in 2022 and look forward to sharing the prairie skies again with all of you on June 16th to 19th, 2022.

Please follow our socials to stay tuned on some fun family activities we will be providing to the local southwest communities instead.

Swift Current locals can sign up for our kite Making workshops June 26th and 27th here:

Stay Safe,
The Windscape Team

Calling all Volunteers!

The Windscape Kite Festival and Long Day’s Night Music Festival are looking for volunteers. These fantastic festivals are produced by not-for-profit organizations and would be impossible without the support and dedication of our volunteers. Come share in the excitement of the festivals as a volunteer. Team up with a friend or rally a group of colleagues to have even more fun. It’s a great opportunity to make friends, hear some great music, and see some incredible kites!

3 Easy Steps to Becoming a Volunteer!

STEP ONE: Determine which volunteer position interests you by looking at Where Volunteers Are Needed.
